In the gastronomic proposal you can try, among many other options, incredible dishes such as roast cannelloni and foie gras with béchamel cream, truffled juice and Parmesan sand, prawn salad with citrus vinaigrette or an exquisite veal mellow with port sauce, sautéed mushrooms and roasted sweet potato.
And don't forget to save some time for the end to taste special desserts created for the occasion such as our chocolate and hazelnut bomb or a raspberry ingot with white chocolate and basil cream.
All this accompanied by an after-dinner snack of nougat and wafers and ample options for marinating our festive menus.
