COME AND TRY THE WINNING DISHES FROM THE CETT-UB COOKING AND RESTAURANT COMPETITION

The Summum Restaurant at the Alimara Hotel offers you the chance totry the winning dishes from the 30th edition of the CETT-UB Cooking, Pastry, and Restaurant Service Competitions. CETT-UB.

These dishes will be available to taste. on the lunch menu at Summum Restaurant, in a limited edition and only during the month of March.The winning proposals that you can try are:

  • Three courses of duck, turnip, and pear – Proposal by Arnau Gallifa
  • Memória a la tradició (Sant Josep cream with carquiñolis and muscatel) – Proposal by Emma Junqueras
  • Coffee Colada Cocktail – Recipe by Nico Sánchez

The maître d'hôtel of the Hotel AlimaraJosep Maria Arcos participated as a judge during the competition and highlighted creativity and professionalism shown by all participants during the event.Participation in this type of contest is a unique experience for the students of the CETT-UB. They have the opportunity to showcase and demonstrate the knowledge and skills acquired throughout their training. It also helps them to strengthen and improve skills such as work organization, autonomy, and initiative, as well as responsibility and communication under pressure. Don't miss out!
