Come on November 10 and 11 to the Korean food Pop Up that we will organize at the Summum Restaurant of the Alimara Hotel.
We have prepared an 8-step tasting menu to surprise all your senses.
You will enjoy a cocktail + appetizer, snacks, delicious starters, a meat dish and a fish dish and finish with desserts and a petit four to put the finishing touch to a rounded dinner.
We have designed this gastronomic experience for you to immerse yourself in authentic Korean cuisine. The menus have been designed by the students of CETT, Barcelona School of Tourism, Hospitality & Gastronomy and Woosong University (South Korea) and supervised by the kitchen team of Summum Restaurant.
A pop-up restaurant is a unique and ephemeral gastronomic event, which aims to recreate a specific theme to customize a culinary experience of the highest level. In this case, being an offer based in Korea, we have been inspired by the K-Pop bands of the Asian country to theme this evening.
This K-Pop Up Alimara gives us the opportunity to demonstrate the values of multiculturalism and integration, which are part of the philosophy of the CETT group, with the close collaboration of the students of CETT, Barcelona School of Tourism, Hospitality & Gastronomy and the University of Woosong (South Korea) crystallizing in a pioneering project.

In the gastronomic proposal you can taste, among many other options, incredible dishes such as roast cannelloni with parmesan cream and caramelized apple, a beef stew with port wine, mushroom sauce and creamy tubers, special desserts for the occasion as our cheesecake or matcha tea and citrus mousse.
All this accompanied by an after-dinner snack of nougat and wafers and ample options for marinating our festive menus. In addition, we have a vegetarian menu and you can ask us about allergens and intolerances.

Last October 5 took place the first edition of the Alimara Wedding Night, a showroom that the Alimara hotel organized exclusively for couples who plan to get married in the coming years. Those who attended had the opportunity to see the wedding and celebration rooms dressed for the occasion and the central garden set up with the ceremony table and seating for guests.
Those who attended were able to resolve any questions with the sales team and sample a range of real appetizers served to Alimara weddings while having an aperitif in our central garden.
In addition, we had a small market of suppliers associated with the organization of weddings that we carry out in the hotel. They were able to talk directly with companies of sweets and sweet corners, makeup and hairdressing, photographers with extensive experience in documentation of weddings and social events or live music DJ's to liven up any type of event.
More than 80 people attended, interested in turning the Alimara Hotel into the setting for their most special celebration. The Alimara Wedding Night is a format that comes to establish itself as a benchmark event in Barcelona, do not miss the next edition!
On September 28 and 29, Hosco Summit 2023 was held in the halls and garden of the Hotel Alimara . Hosco Summit 2023 is the newtworking event of reference that aims to connect companies, students and workers in the tourism and hotel sector in order to optimize recruitment and employment flows in the sector.
With an attendance of more than 150 people, 60 companies and 50 schools and based on presentations, debates and speed dating tables, the Hosco Summit 2023 proposed two dynamic days of networking with coffee breaks in the Alimara garden where to continue linking the business network with people looking for a new professional stage or students who want to start working in this sector.
Hosco has a team of over 60 people with three head offices: Barcelona, Genoa and Dubai and has seen tremendous growth in recent years. Their ambition is to become a unique opportunity for employers worldwide in the hospitality and tourism sector and to be the leader in the recruitment space for that sector.
Hosco Summit 2023 attendees were able to participate in interesting discussions and presentations relevant to the tourism sector that will help them face the challenges of the future and keep abreast of the latest trends.
And as there is always room for a short break, the Alimara hotel became the ideal setting for this congress, with its modular meeting rooms and its central garden where you can enjoy a coffee break under the Barcelona sun.
